TranSights Clinical Dashboard provides clinicians with a single, detailed report that enables them to intervene effectively with at-risk residents, measure quality, and coordinate care. Unlike many other skilled nursing analytics systems, TranSights does not require duplicate data entry – we pull real-time data straight from any EMR.
TranSights Financial Dashboard combines important patient data from any EMR with real-time ADL scoring metrics to highlight opportunities for increased reimbursements. Whether viewing analytics for a single facility or across facilities at a corporate level, our dashboard clearly identifies key trends in real time to help facilities capitalize on reimbursement opportunities and reduce costly hospital readmissions.
No, not at all. The minimal requirement to gain value from TranSights is electronic point of care documentation. It is not uncommon for facilities to be in a hybrid state and slowly implementing an EMR system. RTMS grows with your organization! As your EMR implementation advances, we analyze critical new data.
TranSights provides your clinicians with customized resident alerts and suggested clinical interventions geared to your population. This methodology reduces the noise of industry-standard alerts that come out of most EMRs. Our customized alerts are meaningful and have proven to reduce hospital readmissions and cost of care.
TranSights works seamlessly behind the scenes and does not require any additional clinical input of data. The efficiencies gained allow for more nurse-to-resident interaction, therefore reducing adverse outcomes.
Your clinicians can choose to generate TranSights Clinical reports 24/7/365 to check on the status of your residents. We understand the demands of the clinicians and how valuable their time is, so we send the report directly to your care team at prescribed intervals throughout the day.
TranSights is not an MDS scrubbing tool. Early on, RTMS recognized that the best way to improve care and outcomes is to harness the live documentation that occurs every minute of every day. By analyzing only the most up-to-date and accurate EMR data, TranSights helps clinicians predict adverse health events and provides specific intervention recommendations to improve quality outcomes, without completing and/or submitting an MDS.
No. TranSights was designed to be payor agnostic, which means your MDS team can focus their time on all payor types. Whether you are setting new assessment reference dates (ARDs) for Medicare Assessments or trying to improve your organization’s Case Mix Index (CMI), TranSights can filter your view accordingly.
Continuous quality improvement is a journey, not a destination. Priced to easily pay for itself, TranSights guarantees your organization will experience value even in 5-star rated facilities.
TranSights does not require any type of direct interface. Therefore, there is no cost to develop, support, or maintain an interface. RTMS is solely responsible for retrieving data from your organization’s EMR.
We have data in multiple systems (Best of Breed) that do not talk to each other. How can RTMS help?...
Many organizations face the same interoperability issues. The RTMS approach is to extract the information that’s important to your organization and combine it with TranSights’ alerts, reports, and dashboards.
Regardless of the way your organization’s EMR is accessed, RTMS has the experience and tools to receive or extract the appropriate data elements for TranSights to provide meaningful clinical and financial insights.
RTMS will neither accept nor extract patient-related data in any unencrypted form. All data sent to us must be encrypted. If the EMR being used is hosted externally from the care facility, our access to that data is identical to how the facility accesses it (secure, encrypted, role-based).
TranSights can only be accessed via secure connections using HIPAA compliant user/password policies. We also have daily intrusion detection reports performed by a third party. Inactive accounts are automatically deactivated to prevent unauthorized user access.
Lastly, the RTMS data center has physical guards and multiple layers of on-premise security and reports annually on SOC-2 compliance specifically for HIPAA and PCI.
